1.Right cllick
2.New >Short cut
3.Type the location of the item as
i.shutdown -l (for logoff)
ii.shutdown -r (for restart)
iii.shutdown -s (for shutdown)
4.Type the name of the short cut as LOGOFF,RESTART,SHUTDOWN
